However, there is truly only one measure to possible avoidance of this health threat and that is WASHING HANDS. So many people think that if they run their hands under the water and then dry them that they have done the job. Take the time to use soap and don't rush a full 30 seconds to one minute should take care of it. If you have flu symptoms, stay home, and when you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue. Afterward, throw the tissue in the trash and wash your hands. That will help prevent your flu from spreading.
